At-Taariq

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. 1By the sky and the night comer -وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلطَّارِقِ۝١
2. 2And what can make you know what is the night comer?وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلطَّارِقُ۝٢
3. 3It is the piercing star -ٱلنَّجْمُ ٱلثَّاقِبُ۝٣
4. 4There is no soul but that it has over it a protector.إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ۝٤
5. 5So let man observe from what he was created.فَلْيَنظُرِ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ۝٥
6. 6He was created from a fluid, ejected,خُلِقَ مِن مَّآءٍ دَافِقٍ۝٦
7. 7Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs.يَخْرُجُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ ٱلصُّلْبِ وَٱلتَّرَآئِبِ۝٧
8. 8Indeed, Allah, to return him [to life], is Able.إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَجْعِهِۦ لَقَادِرٌ۝٨
9. 9The Day when secrets will be put on trial,يَوْمَ تُبْلَى ٱلسَّرَآئِرُ۝٩
10. 10Then man will have no power or any helper.فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن قُوَّةٍ وَلَا نَاصِرٍ۝١٠
11. 11By the sky which returns [rain]وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلرَّجْعِ۝١١
12. 12And [by] the earth which cracks open,وَٱلْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ ٱلصَّدْعِ۝١٢
13. 13Indeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement,إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ۝١٣
14. 14And it is not amusement.وَمَا هُوَ بِٱلْهَزْلِ۝١٤
15. 15Indeed, they are planning a plan,إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا۝١٥
16. 16But I am planning a plan.وَأَكِيدُ كَيْدًا۝١٦
17. 17So allow time for the disbelievers. Leave them awhile.فَمَهِّلِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًۢا۝١٧

Translation: Saheeh International. Choose another in Reading settings (Aa).
