The Forgiver 40:71
إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
