Al-Fil
The Elephant. 5 ayat. Meccan.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
- 1Have you not considered, [O Muhammad], how your Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant?أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَٰبِ ٱلْفِيلِ
- 2Did He not make their plan into misguidance?أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِى تَضْلِيلٍ
- 3And He sent against them birds in flocks,وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ
- 4Striking them with stones of hard clay,تَرْمِيهِم بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّن سِجِّيلٍ
- 5And He made them like eaten straw.فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّأْكُولٍۭ
